Client Case Management (CCM)
CCM manages client file matter particulars. It consists of client matter category (Banking, Conveyancing, Litigation, Trade Mark, Will, Corporate Matter etc.), subject matter detail and client’s address corresponding. This module has a flexible searching function which enables user to easily and quickly locate a file in need.
CCM manages all checklist/activity/Precedent which a lawyer/clerk need to perform for a particular client’s file on a specific matter (S&P, Home Loan, etc.). This module not only keeps track the current status of a client’s file; but also in-built an auto-reminder facility to alert either lawyer or legal assistant in charge on a task due date.
Document Management Module (DM)
DM module integrate with Microsoft Word Mail Merge function to deliver an easy to use and easy to manage environment whereby all the useful templates documents will be stored at the centre file location and the output documents will be linked to the particular client file for easy retrieval.
Client Account Management (CAM)
CAM manages client account. It keeps track client file account current status in terms of billing amount (professional fee & disbursement) payment received, disbursement used, disbursement advanced by lawyer and etc. In addition, invoices, receipts and payment vouchers can be automatically printed from this module.
Office Account Management (OAM)
OAM manage office account activities and auto triggered the accounting double entry function to generate different set of standard accounting reports.
Trust Account Management
Keep track and manage trust money you collect from your client.
Proforma Bill Support
System will generate Proforma bill for discussion purpose to help to ensure more accurate data reflex in your firm profit and loss reports.
Conflict of Interest Checker
